Why has my credit-card payment not been authorised and/or declined?

Credit-card payments do not always go through the first time. If it happens, please ensure that:

  • you have not inserted dashes or spaces between the numbers of your credit card
  • the invoicing details provided are correct
  • your credit card is active
  • you have not exceeded your credit limit and that you have sufficient funds available
  • you have entered the right details during the 3D Secure authentication process

  • Remember that if authorisation does not go through, you will not be charged. If none of the above helps to resolve the issue, you could try using another card or changing the payment method. Alternatively, get in touch directly with the credit/debit card issuer and ask them for support.
