Delivery times and shipping charges vary according to the kind of delivery chosen for your purchase.

UPS Ground Shipping - HOME

Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Cost: free for subscribers to the Benefeet loyalty program (for a limited time);
C$10 for unregistered users or registered users who are not subscribed to the Benefeet program

UPS 2nd Day Air - HOME

Delivery time: 2 business days with the option of Saturday delivery

Cost: C$ 15

UPS Next Day Air Saver - HOME

Delivery time: the following business day with the option of Saturday delivery

Cost: C$ 20

Click & Collect - DELIVERY TO STORE

Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Cost: free

The delivery time is calculated from the moment when the order is handed over to the delivery company.

For UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver deliveries, orders made after 11:00 am ET will only be processed the following business day.

EASY RETURNS

Returns

You have up to 30 days from delivery of your online order to change your mind and return purchased items. You can choose one of the following methods:

- by UPS - quick and easy. You will be charged $6.00.

- by your preferred delivery company - at your own expense

- from one of our selected Geox stores - free of charge

The refund always includes the price of the returned items, but excludes shipping costs; the cost of shipping any returns will be charged to you unless otherwise specified. Whenever you return defective items, we will refund any shipping costs.
