You have up to 30 days from delivery of your online order to change your mind and return purchased items. You can choose one of the following methods:
- by UPS - quick and easy. You will be charged $6.00.
- by your preferred delivery company - at your own expense
- from one of our selected Geox stores - free of charge
The refund always includes the price of the returned items, but excludes shipping costs; the cost of shipping any returns will be charged to you unless otherwise specified. Whenever you return defective items, we will refund any shipping costs.
