By registering your account, Geox S.p.A., as the data controller, will use your information to:
- create your personal page within the Geox website allowing you to access services and benefits reserved for members and manage your purchases more quickly.
In addition, if you wish to provide your consent, we may use your data and the data from your purchases to:
- learn about your purchasing preferences and tastes, so that we can improve our service offerings and our products;
- contact you with advertising and promotional communications, including personalized communications, and update you on products, initiatives and services (by sending newsletters, e-mails, paper mail, telephone contact, instant messages, messages or communications on initiatives on social networks, etc.), and have you participate in market surveys.
You can register with your Geox account even if you do not wish to provide your consent to review your purchasing preferences and/or to receive commercial communications or participate in market surveys.
The processing will take place during the entire duration of your registration and, if you will allow us to learn your preferences and contact you, it will be based on the consents you have given, which you can revoke at any time. By writing to
privacy@geox.com you will always be able to access your data, update it, delete it, revoke or modify your consent, request to receive or transmit your data to another data controller. You may object at any time to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing purposes or review of your preferences; you may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (
www.garanteprivacy.it) or that of the country in which you reside or work, or where you believe the violation occurred.
