What refund methods are used for items returned via UPS?

As soon as the package reaches the warehouse and once we have checked that the returned item corresponds to the item originally delivered and that it is neither used nor damaged, we will send you a Return Acceptance Confirmation email. You will be refunded within 30 days of the warehouse receiving the merchandise. The refund is made using the same payment method chosen for the order. The refund always includes the price of the returned items, but excludes shipping costs; the cost of shipping any returns will be charged to you unless otherwise specified. Whenever you return defective items, we will refund any shipping costs.
