Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before ordering any Online Products from the Website. Please note that all of the Terms and Conditions (including the limitation of liability and indemnity sections in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website section) apply to any purchase from the Website, so please make sure to review the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
WHEN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE APPLY
When you place an order on the Website to purchase any of our products (“Products”), you fully accept and agree
to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you need any clarification on the terms or conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team.
NATIONAL WEBSITE INTERFACES
Geox operates the Website with delivery in many Countries. Due to climate-related needs or the application of mandatory laws (e.g. sales tax or regarding official mandatory periods for end of season sales), the Products sold and their prices may vary from Country to Country. This is why we have created different interfaces for the Website. When you connect for the first time, you will be asked which interface you wish to use. You can always change this choice later.
WHO CAN PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE GEOX WEBSITE?
Our Website is for final consumers only. If you are a professional reseller and/or wish to resell the Products,
please contact our Customer Care Team, and we will be happy to
create a personalized offer based on your needs.
Each customer may place a maximum order of Euro 1,500.00 or USD 1,670.00 or CAD 2,250 (or equivalent amount of
local currency) at one time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Website. Canada users must be at least 18 years old.
You may make a purchase whether you are a registered user or a guest. If you are a registered user, it may be simpler and faster making the order, because our system will use the data already recorded.
You may purchase the Products from any national interface with delivery address within the relevant Country, but please pay attention to prices, VAT and delivery costs. Remember that by law we must apply the VAT of the Country (and state/province) of delivery of the Products. When used in these Terms and Conditions, the term “VAT” shall be understood to include applicable state, provincial and federal or national sales taxes (including those applicable to purchases made in the United States and Canada) and applicable value added taxes.
HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM OUR WEBSITE
On our Website, you will be able to view the Products for sale and the information about the Products. When you
choose a Product, you will need to complete the order form and submit it in accordance with the instructions on
the screen. Submission of the purchase order consists of an offer to purchase the Products listed in the order
The purchase offer is binding from the moment you submit it. However, you have the right to return the Product
purchased within 30 days from delivery.
Geox is entitled at any time to verify your order and/or decline it, without providing an explanation. We have listed some cases where Geox will decline consumer orders:
- • The Products ordered, even if still displayed on the Website, are no longer available.
- • We were not able to obtain authorization for payment from your credit card provider or from your account.
- • We suspect that the order was sent with the aid or involvement of software, robots, crawlers, spiders or other automated means or devices.
When you enter your order data, you will see the link that leads you to the order number, where you can view the details of your order.
The purchase contract is confirmed only when you receive an e-mail confirmation of the order, the order number and details of the Products ordered. We will also send you the delivery information.
Be careful when filling out the order form. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided in the order form is accurate and complete.

In the MyGeox Account section, you can always check the status of your orders.
Please, take note that an incomplete order may not be confirmed. We recommend to check the price and delivery costs before making any payment because prices may change depending on the promotions in place at the time of the payment and may differ from the price you saw when you put the Product in the cart.
In your Wish List, you can save the Products you like. Please note: these Products have not been reserved for you and their price may change depending on the promotions in place at the time of purchase compared to the price displayed when you saved the Products in your Wish List.
The Reserve&Collect service is a free of charge service reserved to the MyGeox registered users. To enjoy the Reserve and Collect service, you must use your MyGeox account. Click here to register.
You may check online if a Product is available in your favoured store and make a reservation, so you may easily fit it in the store: just select the size and colour that you would like to fit and check the availability by clicking on “Reserve&Collect”; choose the store where you would like to fit it and access your MyGeox account.
We will reserve for you the Product for 2(two) days in the store that you have chosen; you are free to decide whether or not to purchase the Product that you have reserved.
CHANGING SIZE OR COLOR
We are sorry, but since orders are processed promptly after submission, we cannot change sizes or styles (including colours). If you wish to change a Product, you need to return it and make a new purchase.
You may try to contact our Customer Care Team within 60 minutes from placing the order and they will try to assist you. Please take note that Customer Care service is only available at certain times.

The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT or further sales taxes, other than as indicated in the U.S. and
Canadian national websites. Prices are either in Euro (EUR), USD, CAD, or in the local currency displayed.
Notice: We reserve the right to change the price of the Products and to change, limit or end any special offer, promotion or discount on the Products at any time.
Special promotions and sales may also depend on the selected Country.
When you place a Product in your shopping cart, but have not yet submitted your order, you have not confirmed the purchase. We recommend that you always check the price before submitting an order, because the price may have changed.
Notice: Prices may vary from Country to Country (and State to State and province to province), in part due to the application of different VAT rates in the various Countries (and state/province). We are required by law to apply the VAT of the Country (and state/province) of destination, so the final price including VAT may be recalculated on the basis of the Country (and state/province) where you have requested delivery.
Prices may also vary during sales periods in some Countries or within promotions for some Countries or for further reasons directly connected with the Country at issue.
DELIVERY: DESTINATIONS, TIMEFRAMES AND COSTS
To ensure you have the best service, the sale of the Products is managed by companies belonging to Geox Group
and located close to the place of destination of your order. You can find the list of our companies and the
Countries in which they operate here.
We have entered into agreements with the major courier services who will deliver the Products to you according to their own guidelines and policies. We will send you the information regarding the delivery including the expected time of delivery(if known) and the name of the courier so you may check its guidelines, policies and the available services. Delivery times vary depending on the Product, destination Country and type of delivery you choose in the order.
A signature may be required for the delivery.
Delivery to every location in the world may not be available. Click here to find out if we can deliver in your Country from the web page that you are linked to. You may choose to have the Products delivered to our Stores if you choose the Click&Collect Service.
Since the actual delivery may be impacted by many events beyond our control after the Products have left our facilities, NEITHER GEOX NOT ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EXECUTIVES, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AND HEREIN DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES FOR ANY LOSSES, COSTS, DAMAGES AND/OR EXPENSES, DERIVING FROM OR REGARDING ANY DELAY IN THE DELIVERY.
Some couriers offer tracking services. If this service is available, you will receive the tracking number you can use to track your order.
Please allow 24-48 hours after the shipment has been picked up by the courier for your tracking information to become active.
Some couriers offer the possibility to schedule the delivery and/or offer at door delivery: please, check the websites of the courier to learn about the services offered by the courier.
If you are responsible for the cost of delivery the Products and any duties, this will be specified when you place the order. Costs for delivery vary depending on the Product, destination Country and type of delivery. Couriers are only able to deliver to private residential and/or office addresses.
If you have purchased several Products, we may make partial deliveries so that you receive the delivery as soon as possible, without charging you additional costs.
Each individual delivery shall constitute a separate contract of purchase.
If you refuse to collect or to accept your Products, when delivered to you, the contract of purchase may be cancelled at our discretion. In this case, we will credit the price that you have paid using the same payment method you used, less delivery costs and storage costs. We will send you information regarding this matter to the e-mail address you entered in the order.

If you choose this service, we will email you the delivery date of the Products and a code to be communicated to the Store’s assistants; you may collect the Product within 15 days from the delivery date. The store assistants will ask you a valid id document and the code that you received by email; if you may not collect the Product in person and arrange for another person to do it for you, be careful to give him/her the code and a written authorization to collect your Product otherwise the Store’s assistants may not deliver the Product.
If you can not collect the Product within 15 days, the purchase agreement will be considered terminated and we will reimburse the price that you have paid
The Click&Collect service is free of charge.
We may not accept cash payment for this kind of service.

We wish to inform you that we verify your preferred method of payment for each purchase. Based on the results of the payment verification, we reserve the right to reject certain payment methods. If your credit card is close to expiry, we may ask you to enter a new one.
Payment can only be made in the currency displayed on the order. Any currency conversion will be implemented by your credit card provider.
SECURITY FOR PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS
The security of your payment information is very important to us. Geox has activated commercially available fraud prevention services using the credit card processing circuits in an attempt to safeguard your information.
Companies in the Geox Group will take care of the sale and invoicing of the Products and delivery costs. Click here to see the list of
our sales companies in each Country. In any event, your order and the purchase contract is processed
according with these Terms and Conditions.
If we choose, or are required by the laws in force, to send or make available a tax invoice, we reserve the right to ask you for your tax or social security identification number and to send or make the invoice available electronically.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS
The delivered Products will remain our property until we collect the relevant price and delivery charges
specified in the order form.
The risk that the Products are lost or destroyed remains with us until they are delivered to the address you have indicated.
We have provided you with a Size Guide to help you choose the most suitable footwear and apparel. Even with a Size Guide, every body and foot is shaped differently. The Size Guide is simply an estimate to help, but you are responsible for ensuring you order the size that fits best.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND CARE
Visit our dedicated Website section where you can find information on how to take care of our Products.
We grant you the right to return the Products within thirty (30) days from the delivery, without being required
to provide reasons. We will ask you if you want to inform us of the reason for the sole purpose of improving our
service, but you are free to not answer.
In the case of several Products ordered in a single order and delivered separately, this time period is calculated from the last delivery.
To return any Product, please inform us. If you click here and complete the form on our Website, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail as soon as reasonably possible. For any other information, follow the instructions provided in the returns section or the FAQs on our Website.
European citizens or residents might also use the withdrawal form provided by the European Union by clicking here in case of purchases in the European Union, although the use of said form is not mandatory. In case of any return to be cleared through customs, the form found by clicking here contains all the information necessary for customs clearance.
If you decide to return a Product, we will exert our commercially reasonable efforts to refund the payments
made, including any delivery costs from Geox to yourself (with the exception of additional expenses if you have
chosen a method of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by Geox), as quickly as reasonably
possible. The same payment method chosen during the initial transaction will be used for refund.
In the case of cash on delivery (where this payment method is available), the refund will be made by bank transfer: you will need to provide us with your bank account identification number (for example: IBAN, SWIFT) in order to be able to process the credit.
Refund may remain pending until we have received and checked the Products.
You are responsible for the delivery costs of the return, unless it is specified that Geox will bear these costs. If you have paid customs duties for delivery, after the return, you may request a refund of customs duties from the competent customs authorities if and when applicable.
Notice: You must send us the notice of return and deliver back the Products no later than thirty (30) days after the date of delivery. Be sure to deliver the Products back to us before the thirty (30) days have elapsed.
Notice: Please make sure that Products that you return are new and unused Products in their original packaging and with all the tags and labels still attached. Products returned that don’t comply with the above policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Products whose return has been refused by us will be returned to you. If you refuse to collect your Products whose return has been rejected by us, then you accept that we may donate the Products to charity or to organizations chosen by Geox at its discretion, or else dispose of the Products, without crediting you for the price paid. You will still be kept informed by our Customer Care Team at the e-mail address you entered into the order.
PRODUCTS WITH MATERIAL DEFECTS
Quality is of primary importance to Geox. To report any material defects in workmanship of the Products, please
contact our Customer Care Team. We will be happy to assist you.
If you believe that a Product you have purchased has material defects in workmanship, you may return it by filling out the form found at this link. Using our courier, all the delivery fees will be paid by Geox (otherwise the delivery fees will be refunded to you after our Quality Control department has confirmed the defects).
Returned Products for material defects in workmanship shall be inspected by our Quality Control department. If the inspection confirms the material defects in workmanship, all costs you have incurred, including the cost of the Product and its delivery, will be refunded. If the inspection fails to reveal the material defects in workmanship, we will return the original Product and you will remit to our company the costs of the delivery back to you and, if we have paid for it, the cost of the delivery to our company.
We do not provide refunds for any of the following Products:
- Products damaged due to improper use or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic agents, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- Products damaged due to improper use or use in activities other than those for which they were intended (e.g., the use of shoes to play sports or as work shoes, etc.)
- Products not purchased on the Website
- Products for which the warranty period has expired. The warranty period for Products is the longer of (i) two years or (ii) the minimum period required by applicable law.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY NON-CONFORMITY, FAULTS, OR DEFECTS IN PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING BATTERIES
If you return Products containing batteries, you may be required to apply a specific label on the outer
packaging or you may use the original outer packaging that we deliver to you and that complies with the
transportation requirements. In some case, you may find in the package an additional label for the case of
Batteries, as well as electrical and electronic equipment, must not be disposed of along with normal waste. Manufacturers, importers and distributors of batteries and electrical and electronic equipment in all European countries and in certain other jurisdictions are subject to disposal obligations.

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, PHYSICAL DAMAGES, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR DISCOMFORT, GOODWILL,

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GEOX PARTIES ARE THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGAINST YOU.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER TYPES OF DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. The law of the Country where you reside may provide more
favourable rules that protect you even if Italian law applies.
In the event of a dispute, and if you are resident in the European Union or you are a European citizen you may adhere to the dispute resolution procedure referred to in the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
In the event that a dispute is not settled through the European dispute resolution procedure, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the competent court is the Court of Treviso in Italy, without prejudice to the exclusive competence guaranteed by the overriding mandatory rules. Provided, however, that disputes with consumers resident in Canada are to be settled in the courts of Toronto to the extent permitted by law; disputes with consumers resident in the U.S.A. are to be settled in the courts of New York, to the extent permitted by law.
