What happens when items purchased using the vouchers or the Welcome Offer are returned?

Your right to return an item remains the same even if you have used Benefeet vouchers or the Welcome Offer. The value of the voucher is automatically and proportionally divided between the valid products figuring on the purchase order. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned product, minus an amount for the discount applied. That part of the discount applied will be made available to you again in your Personal Area on geox.com, or in participating stores. The discount amount applied to the returned product will be available again for later use for 30 days.
