How will the spend total be calculated if I return something?

Whenever a Geox product is returned, whether it was purchased in a physical store or on geox.com, a refund will be made for the sum paid for the returned item. The updated spend total will be visible on the store receipt or in the customer’s Personal Area in the Benefeet section of geox.com. You will have to show your original receipt to initiate the return procedure. If, after the return, the updated expenditure threshold is lower than the level previously reached, the relevant voucher will be cancelled and reissued to ensure that the right threshold is reached.
