How can I access the challenges and get the gifts once I have accomplished them?

Geox Best Friend customers (Benefeet customers who have made purchases in at least 2 consecutive years) unlock the challenges one by one as they reach the 4 step levels throughout the year. An unlocked challenge can be accessed via the link sent in the relevant email and/or SMS, or via the Personal Area in the Benefeet section of geox.com.
The 7 special challenges reserved for each step of the Benefeet journey are as follows:
