How can I build up my spend total and where can I check my progress?

You can build up your spend total by making purchases:

  • online: before you make a purchase, you must log in with your email address and password.
  • at stores and Outlets participating in the Benefeet scheme: remember to identify yourself before the receipt is issued and make sure you give the sales assistant your name, surname and email address or mobile-phone number.

Purchases made in Geox stores and Outlets participating in the Benefeet scheme and/or made on geox.com in the same Country all contribute to build up one single spend total, providing that the Benefeet customer has been identified as such before finalising the purchase.
The spend total will be automatically updated as long as purchases are made in the same Country and by the same Benefeet user. Benefeet customers who make purchases in Geox stores & Outlets participating in the Benefeet scheme and/or on geox.com in more than one Country will have two or more separate and non-cumulative spend totals (one for each Country).
Each spend total corresponds to a specific step level and the benefit related to it can only be exercised in the country in which the spend occurred. You can check your total spend on the store receipt or in your Personal Area on Geox.com.
