What happens when items purchased using the vouchers or the Welcome Offer are returned?

Your right to return an item remains the same even if you have used Benefeet vouchers or the Welcome Offer. The value of the discount voucher is automatically and proportionally split up between all the qualifying products in the purchase order. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned product, minus an amount for the discount applied. That part of the discount applied will be made available to you again in your Personal Area on geox.com, or in participating stores, allowing you to use it once more. The expiry date of that part of the discount will be the same as the initial one of the Benefeet vouchers or Welcome Offer used.
