How to check the status of the shipment
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order and containing the shipping details and a tracking number to track the shipment of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
The orders are shipped with UPS and delivered exclusively on working days.
Can I ship to a country other than the country of purchase?
No, the shipment can only be made in the same country where the order was made.
Can I request the shipment to be made to a different address than mine?
Of course! You can have the package sent to the place that suits you. When making the purchase, you must indicate the desired destination.
Orders placed on this site can only be shipped within the United Kingdom, with the exception of Gibraltar, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
What are the delivery options?
The available delivery options include standard, express and in-store.
How long does the shipment take and how much does it cost?
The shipment time varies in relation to the delivery option selected during the purchase phase.
What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, a new attempt at delivery will be made on the next working day, for a total of three attempts.
What if the package was delivered to a UPS Access Point?
To facilitate the collection of your order after three consecutive failed attempts, UPS can use its affiliated Access Points.
How long after receiving the confirmation e-mail may I track my order?
After receiving the e-mail confirming the shipment, up to 24 hours may be necessary to track the online order.
If I make an online order can I collect it from the store?
Of course. The free Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from participating Geox stores.
Can I collect my order from any Geox store?
The collection from store service is active in a certain number of Geox store.
How much time do I have to collect my order from the store?
You can collect your purchase within 15 days from the e-mail notifying the delivery at the store, during the store’s opening hours.
Why does my order need to be split into multiple deliveries?
If a product is not available at our central warehouse, it will be sent as a special delivery from another warehouse to speed up the fulfilment process.
