What refund methods are used for items returned via UPS?

As soon as the package reaches the warehouse and once we have checked that the returned item corresponds to the item originally delivered and that it is neither used nor damaged, we will send you a Return Acceptance Confirmation email. You will be refunded within 14 days of the warehouse receiving the merchandise. The refund is made using the same payment method chosen for the order. The refund always includes the price of the returned products and the initial delivery costs, minus any costs incurred by the return process, whenever applicable. The time it takes for the refund payment to appear in your account depends on your bank.
