Delivery times and shipping charges vary according to the kind of delivery chosen for your purchase.

UPS Ground Shipping - HOME

Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Cost: free for orders over C$ 109; for orders less than this amount, customers will be charged C$ 8.

UPS 2nd Day Air - HOME

Delivery time: 2 business days with the option of Saturday delivery

Cost: C$ 15

UPS Next Day Air Saver - HOME

Delivery time: the following business day with the option of Saturday delivery

Cost: C$ 20

Click & Collect - DELIVERY TO STORE

Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Cost: free

The delivery time is calculated from the moment when the order is handed over to the delivery company.

For UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver deliveries, orders made after 11:00 am ET will only be processed the following business day.

CLICK & COLLECT - FREE IN-STORE DELIVERY

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a service that allows customers to buy products at geox.com, to pay online and to collect their order directly from one of our participating Geox stores without incurring any delivery charges. Items will be quickly delivered to a store of the customer's choice within 2-5 business days.

Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.

Returns

You have up to 30 days from delivery of your online order to change your mind and return purchased items. You can choose one of the following methods:

- by UPS - free of charge

- by your preferred delivery company - at your own expense

- from one of our selected Geox stores - free of charge

Delivery methods and costs

At home

UPS Ground Shipping: GTA & GMA delivery within one business day. All other regions will deliver within one to five business days.
Cost: free for orders over C$89; for orders under this amount, the cost will be C$ 8

Delivery times may vary when products are sent from different warehouses.

UPS 2nd Day Air: delivery in one to two business days
Cost: C$ 15

UPS Next Day Air: your goods will be delivered the following business day*
Cost: C$ 20

Orders are shipped with UPS and delivered exclusively on weekdays during office hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.

* For UPS Next Day Air shipments, Orders made by 11:00am (EST) will be delivered next day. Orders made after 11:00am (EST) will be shipped the following day. Please add an extra day for delivery for orders from remote areas.

Return costs and methods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

Returns with trusted courier: in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges

In-store returns: The service is available in selected Geox stores and is free of charge

Click & Collect

The free Click&Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from participating Geox stores. Your goods will be delivered to the store in 2/5 working days.
