Return without the original box

If you no longer have the original box, don’t worry: you can use another box suitable for the shipment.
Remember to remove all existing labels: the only label that must be visible on the package is the Geox return label.

Make sure that the tag is still attached and that the product is intact.
If you want to return shoes, place them in their original box; the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
