Delivery times and shipping charges vary according to the kind of delivery chosen for your purchase.
Standard - HOME
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
Cost: free for orders over 90.00 €; for orders under this amount, customers will be charged 12.90 €
Express - HOME
Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Cost: 35.00 €
Click & Collect - DELIVERY TO STORE
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
Cost: free
Please add an extra day for delivery of orders to remote areas.
The delivery time is calculated from the moment when the order is handed over to the courier.
Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a service that allows customers to buy products on geox.com, to pay online and to collect their order directly from one of our participating Geox stores without incurring any delivery charges. Items will be quickly delivered to a store of the customer's choice within 1-3 business days.

Returns
You have got up to 30 days from delivery of your online order to change your mind and return purchased items free of charge. You can choose one of the following methods:
- by UPS courier - free of charge
- from a UPS Access Point - free of charge
- from one of our selected Geox stores - free of charge
Otherwise, you can return items with your preferred courier at your own expense.
