I have received a wrong and/or defective product, what can I do?

If one of the items you have received does not match your order, we kindly ask you to return it (specifying the reason) and we will refund you as soon as our warehouse receives it.
In the event of faulty items, please notify us of the problem by filling in our contact form before making the return. The item will be sent to our Corporate Quality-Control Department, which will check to see whether the product is compliant. Once checks have been run, we will send you instructions for a refund or replacement.
