Can I cancel a goods return?
If, after completing the return procedure, you decide to keep the goods, you can do so without any additional charge.

If you have chosen the home delivery method, you cannot modify the appointment for the goods collection. When the courier arrives to pick up the goods, you can inform the driver that you have decided to keep your order.

If instead you chose to bring the goods to a UPS Access Point or to the store, also in this case simply do not deliver them.
In both cases, once you have delivered the package you will no longer be able to cancel the goods return procedure.
