Is the Benefeet scheme active at Geox Outlets?
The Benefeet scheme is active at participating Geox Outlet stores. At participating Outlets, customers will be able to sign up for the Benefeet scheme, build up their spend total and collect vouchers that can be used either in store or online. The vouchers and the Welcome Offer may only be used on full-price products from current collections (where available) and not on collections from previous seasons. If I sign up for the Benefeet loyalty scheme, will I receive the newsletter as well?
You can subscribe to the newsletter when you sign up for the Benefeet scheme, either online or at one of the participating Geox stores or Geox outlets. You will be asked to grant your Marketing consent, giving us permission to send promotional messages and newsletters. Alternatively, you can opt to subscribe to the newsletter at some later stage and you don’t necessarily have to be signed up for the loyalty scheme. All you need to do is type your email address into the box in the bottom section of the website and click on “Sign up”. If you only subscribe to the newsletter and do not sign up for the loyalty scheme, you will not be eligible for the advantages reserved for Benefeet members. Read More

Do the Benefeet scheme and the vouchers expire?
The initiative is valid from 03/01/2024 to 12/12/2024. Between 03/01/2024 and 12/12/2024, you will be able to build up your spend total and earn vouchers to be spent on your purchases. Any vouchers earned and the Welcome Offer can be spent between 03/01/2024 and 12/12/2024. Once the period of validity has expired, they will no longer be usable. How can I take part in the competitions?
All Geox Best Friend customers (anyone who has purchased Geox products for at least 2 consecutive years) and Geox Lovers (anyone who has kept on making purchases for at least 3 consecutive years and who has reached a spend total of €1,000 in the current year) are invited to take part in the special prize draws. How do I get a pair of free shoes after becoming a Geox Lover?
If you are a Geox Lover customer (meaning you have been purchasing for 3 consecutive years and have reached a spend total of €1,000), you will be entitled to a pair of complimentary Geox shoes. These shoes must be collected only from a <a href="$httpsUrl('Stores-Show')$"><u><b>Geox store that participates</b></u></a> in the Benefeet scheme and that is located on national territory (this does not include Outlets) within the set timeframe. How and when can I spend the vouchers?
Benefeet vouchers can be used in participating Geox stores nationwide (as long as the customer’s Benefeet account is recognised before the receipt is issued) or on geox.com for purchases to be shipped nationwide (provided that the customer has logged in with their email address and password before the purchase is finalised). The €10 and €15 vouchers can be used against the purchase following the one that unlocked them; the €25 and €50 vouchers, on the other hand, can be used against the same purchase that has unlocked them. The vouchers may only be spent on full-price items, unless there are any special initiatives of which you will be duly informed. At Geox Outlets, the vouchers may only be used on full-price products from current collections (where available) and not on collections from previous seasons. The vouchers may not be used for end-of-season/prix ronds/petits prix. The vouchers cannot be spent on cleaning products, insoles/footbeds, socks, laces, shopping bags or wrapping paper, nor can they be used to pay for delivery charges, repair/tailoring expenses or services provided by physical Geox stores only.
