Can I choose the day and/or time of delivery?

You cannot book a delivery time or arrange an appointment with the delivery company.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number with a link that allows you to monitor the status of your order.
Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays*.
Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will telephone you before attempting delivery.

* delivery may also take place on Saturdays in the case of large metropolitan areas.
