How to return goods I purchased on

Activate the return procedure within 30 days of the date of delivery of the order.

1. Submit a return request

From the “Orders” section or, if the purchase was made as a guest, in the "My orders - Return an order" area which can be accessed from the footer.

2. Print the return label

Wait for an email from the courier containing the return label to be printed and attached to the outside of the package.

3. Prepare and ship your package

Contact the UPS courier and arrange a time or day for them to pick up your package free of charge.

    Create a return request using the online procedure, then wait for an email to arrive confirming that your return has been created.

  • 2.

    Once the return request has been completed, you will receive an email from the UPS courier containing a return label to be printed up and attached to the outside of the package (make sure you cover the previous label).

  • 3.

    Carefully wrap the items in their original packaging, or otherwise use a suitable box or container to pack them in. Follow the email instructions received to make arrangements for the UPS courier to pick the package up free of charge or take the package to a UPS access point.

    You can also choose to return the goods with your trusted courier, but we cannot refund the return delivery charges in this case. Provide the courier with the following shipping address: Geox SPA c/o Xlog srl, Signoressa di Trevignano, 31040, Treviso (TV), Italy.
