What happens if I return ordered items paid for with Klarna?

Follow the instructions provided by Geox for making a return by clicking here.
Notify Klarna of the return procedure on the Klarna app in order to put any upcoming payments on hold. To do so, select the order and click on “Report a problem”.
As soon as Geox has accepted the partial or full return of your order, we will send you an email confirming the return.
At this stage, if you have returned the entire order, Klarna will refund the sums already paid and will cancel any upcoming scheduled payments.
If, on the other hand, you have made a partial return on an order, Klarna will update your upcoming payment schedule as well as your statement of account, deducting the amount for the returned item from the remaining sum due for the purchase.
Remember that you can always check your payment status on the statement in the Klarna app. The instalment-payment contract, and therefore the refund payment, is conducted exclusively between the customer and Klarna.
You will receive the requested refund on the credit card, debit card or stored-value card that you registered at the time of purchase on the Klarna app.
