Have you changed your mind?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

How to return goods I purchased on geox.com

Create your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within the Orders section or, if the purchase was made as a guest, in the “Returns and Refunds” area which can be accessed from the footer.

Can I change a product?

At present, we cannot change or replace products neither online nor at the store.

Return limitations

Each RAN must only contain the products in the reference order and products linked to different orders cannot be returned in a single package.

Refund methods

Once the package has been received at the warehouse and the necessary checks have been made, we will send you a Return Acceptance Confirmation.

How long does it take to get a refund?

The refund times depend on the payment method used for the purchase.

Can I return the goods to a UPS Access Point?

You can choose to comfortably return your Geox order directly to a UPS Access Point, whenever and wherever you prefer.

If the product is defective

In case of defective items, the returned item(s) will be sent to our company’s Quality Control Department to verify the conformity of the item(s) you wish to return.

Can I cancel a goods return?

If, after completing the return procedure, you decide to keep the goods, you can do so without any additional charge.

Can I book a new collection?

If you were unable to deliver your return to the courier, you can book a new collection from home only by contacting the courier directly.

Return without the original box

If you no longer have the original box, don’t worry: you can use another box suitable for the shipment.

Successive return of multiple items belonging to the same order

You can return multiple items of the same order at different times, provided that this occurs within 14 days from the date on which the order was delivered to you.
