How to check the status of the shipment
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order and containing the shipping details and a tracking number to track the shipment of your order.
If you are registered to the geox.com website, you can track your shipment in your Personal Area. Click on “Log in/Register”, enter your credentials and then click on “Orders”. If you are not registered, we recommend that you do so, in order to track the status of your orders in the future by logging in to your Personal Area.
Please bear in mind that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your package.
