Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a service that allows customers to buy products at geox.com, pay online and collect their order directly from one of our participating Geox stores without incurring any delivery charges. Items will be quickly delivered to a store of the customer’s choice within 3-4 business days. The purchase may only be paid for online and not in a store.

In-store return
Not satisfied with your last online purchase? You can return it to a participating Geox stores within 30 days of the delivery date.

Geox@Home
If you’re interested in an item but can’t find your size or the color you want, you can rely on our in-store Geox@Home service to help you out. Available at participating Geox stores, this service will allow you to order and purchase the item you want, and to have it sent either to the store or to your home address at no extra cost.
