How do returns work with the PayPal payment plan?

If you return the item(s) purchased using the PayPal instalment scheme, you will receive a full or partial refund as soon as we have processed your return.
If the refunded amount exceeds the outstanding loan balance, the excess will be paid to your PayPal account. If the refunded amount is less than the outstanding loan balance, the partial refund will lower the amounts you owe in the remaining repayments, and you will have to continue making your repayments until the loan has been paid in full. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed and applied. The instalment-payment contract, and therefore the refund payment, is conducted exclusively between the customer and PayPal.
