SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Orders are shipped with UPS and delivered exclusively on weekdays during office hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.
Please remember that the order shipping address must coincide with the country selected to browse the website. You can change the country on the menu on the bottom left-hand side. The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been made. All orders are processed automatically and we cannot alter the shipping and delivery times.
There are two different shipping methods on Geox.com: standard and express.*
For express shipments, orders made by 12:00 (GMT+1) are delivered within the following 2 working days. Orders made after 12:00 (GMT+1) are delivered within the following 3 working days.
* Please add an extra day for delivery for orders from remote areas.
Shipping costs and times for each country are indicated below. The shipment times are calculated from the moment when the order is delivered to the courier.
Please note that we do not ship to the following countries: Madeira and Azores Islands (Portugal), Canary Islands (Spain), Channel Islands and DOM TOM territories (France).
You can track shipment of your order using the tracking number sent by e-mail; alternatively, if you are a registered customer, you can check it directly from your Account. We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. Please remember that it can take up to 24 hours before it is possible to track your package.
NB: if the courier is unable to deliver your order, a new attempt at delivery will be made on the next working day, for a total of three attempts. If the delivery cannot be made, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded according to the payment method used. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, you will be left a failed delivery notice containing the address of the UPS Access Point near you, where you can collect your order. If you do not collect it, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
