How to return goods I purchased on

Activate the return procedure within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

1. Create your Return Authorization Number (RAN) *

Within the “Orders” section or, if the purchase was made as a guest, in the “Returns” area which can be accessed from the footer.

2. Print the return label

Wait for the e-mail from the courier containing the label which you must print and attach to the outside of the package.

3. Prepare and ship your package

Free of charge with UPS, or with your trusted courier.

    Please remember that you must wait 24 hours from the delivery of your order to request the generation of the RAN.

    Once the RAN has been generated through the online procedure, you will receive via e-mail the instructions for printing the label. Alternatively, you can retrieve it under the “Orders” section of your personal area or at the following link if you are not a registered user.

    Attach the return label to the outside of the package, making sure you completely cover the existing label.
    We suggest noting down the tracking number present on the return label in order to track your shipment.

    If you ship with UPS, the return service is free of charge.
    Once the RAN has been generated and the label attached to the package, pack the items carefully into their original box, or use a package suitable for the shipment.
    Contact UPS to arrange pick-up or deliver the package to a UPS Access Point.  

    You can also choose to return the goods with your trusted courier, but we cannot refund the return delivery charges in this case.
    After attaching the return label to the package, give the courier the following shipping address: Geox eCommerce Dept, c/o Savino Del Bene, 34 Englehard Avenue avenel, NJ 07001.
