Delivery and Returns costs and methods

Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, you may experience a slight delay in order processing time. Not to worry - as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an e-mail containing tracking information.

At home

Standard Shipping: your goods will be delivered in 2/5 working days
Cost: free

Expedited Shipping: your goods will be delivered the second business day
Cost: $8

Express Shipping: Your goods will be delivered the following working day*
Cost: $12

Orders are shipped with UPS and delivered exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.

* For express shipments, Orders made by 11:00am (ET) will go out same day. Orders made after 11:00am (ET) will be shipped the following day. Please add an extra day for delivery for orders from remote areas.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

Returns via trusted courier: In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges
