How much time do I have to collect my order from the store?

Your purchase will be available for collection during store opening hours and within 15 days of receipt of the store-delivery email. Remember to bring the following with you:

• a valid identity document
• the PIN number contained in the second email you received (you can either print it or show it on your mobile device).
