Can I return items from different orders in the same box?
You cannot return items from different orders in the same box. In the event of orders with items sent from several different warehouses, you will have to create a return for each different delivery.
The return must be sent from the same Country in which the order was made.
If you are returning products with batteries, you must attach the “hazardous goods” sticker (included in the package received) to the box.
