In-store return

Not satisfied with your last online purchase? You can return it to a participating Geox store within 30 days of the delivery date.

1. Create the Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Within the “Orders” section of your “Personal Area” or, if the purchase was made as an unregistered user, in the “My orders - Submit a return” area which is available in the lower section of the website. You have 30 days as from the delivery date.

2. Select the store
Find out which stores offer the service and choose the one you wish to return your order to. As soon as you have completed the procedure, you will receive a first return-creation email.

3. Make the in-store return
As soon as you receive a second confirmation email containing the PIN to be shown at the store. This email will arrive about 1 hour after confirmation of conclusion of the procedure.

What methods of refund are available?
Once the sales staff have checked the items bought online, you will be refunded for the returned goods to the same method of payment used for the original purchase. In the event of defective items, the sales staff will be unable to run checks on any alleged defects and the returned item(s) will be sent to our company’s Quality Control Department to verify the conformity of the item(s) you wish to return.

Can I send another person to return my order?
Of course. If you are unable to return the package yourself, all you need to do is delegate someone else. This person acting on your behalf will need to bring valid proof of identity with them as well as the email with the PIN number.

What happens if I am unable to create the RAN (Return Authorization)?
