What exactly is the Benefeet scheme?
The Benefeet scheme rewards your loyalty and makes shopping worth your while. The benefits grow after each year of loyalty: discover the new Friend, Best Friend and Lover statuses and be surprised by the new journey comprising missions, games and plenty of gifts.

Yes, signing up for the scheme and registering on Geox.com is completely free of charge.
Does the Benefeet loyalty scheme have an expiry date?
Yes, this scheme is valid for a year and differs from country to country. Please check the regulations for further details about when the scheme expires.
Who can join the Benefeet loyalty scheme?
Final consumers of full legal age who have already signed up for the Benefeet scheme or who sign up during the period of validity of the initiative are eligible for the promotion.
How do I access the vouchers?
All customers who are signed up to the scheme can get vouchers by shopping at Geox.com, or in Geox stores that are taking part in the scheme. In fact, Benefeet customers have the chance to access 4 step levels every year, based on the spending threshold they have reached. Each step level accessed unlocks a voucher which can then be accessed by the customer.
Do purchases made in different stores contribute to my spend total?
Yes, all purchases made in stores participating in the Benefeet scheme contribute to your total spend. Spend amounts will be combined automatically, and you can check your total whenever you want by visiting one of our stores or logging in to our website.
Are amounts added when I shop online as well as when I purchase in store?
Yes, this will take place automatically as long as purchases are made in the same country and by the same Benefeet user.
How many vouchers are envisaged for the loyalty scheme? And what exactly are the vouchers?
There are 4 vouchers; every time you reach a new step level, you will get new benefits and vouchers, for €10, €15, €25 and €50 respectively.
Can more than one voucher be used against the same purchase?
Yes, several vouchers can be used against the same purchase.
How do I spend the vouchers?
Discount vouchers can be used in any participating Geox store in the country (on recognition of the consumer's Benefeet account before the receipt is issued), or on Geox.com for purchases delivered within the same country (on recognition of the consumer's account before the transaction is concluded).
Where can I check my spend total?
If you are a Benefeet subscriber, you can check your total spend on the store receipt or in your personal area at Geox.com.
How will the spend total be calculated if I return something?
Whether the product was purchased in a Geox store or online at Geox.com, the spend corresponding to the returned goods will be cancelled. The updated spend total will be shown on the receipt and available to view at Geox.com, on your personal page (Benefeet area).
When can I use the vouchers?
The €10 and €15 vouchers can be used against the purchase following the one that unlocked them; the €25 and €50 vouchers, on the other hand, can be used against the same purchase that has unlocked them. The vouchers cannot be used on discounted products.
How does the Welcome Offer work?
The Welcome offer is reserved for new Benefeet subscribers and gives them €10 off their first qualifying purchase. The bonus cannot be used on discounted products.
How does the birthday promotion work?
The birthday promotion gives you a discount on your birthday, or your children’s birthdays. The promotion is valid from 7 days before the relevant birthday until 14 days after the date given.
How can I become a Geox Friend?
Simply signing up to the loyalty scheme will make you a Geox Friend.
How can I become a Geox Best Friend?
You can become a Geox Best Friend by purchasing Geox products in at least two consecutive years, i.e. this year and last year; this status will remain valid for one year.
How do you access the missions?
Geox Best Friend customers (Benefeet customers who have made purchases in at least 2 consecutive years) unlock the missions one by one as they reach the 4 step levels throughout the year. An unlocked mission can be accessed via the link sent in the relevant email and/or SMS, or via the personal area in the Benefeet section of the Geox.com website.
How do you get the gifts once you have carried out a mission?
Customers who have completed a mission will see the gift in their personal area in the Benefeet section of the website. They will also receive the gift via email or SMS.
How can I take part in the competitions?
All Geox Best Friend customers (Benefeet customers who have made purchases in at least 2 consecutive years) and Geox Lovers (Benefeet customers who have made purchases in at least 3 consecutive years and who have reached a spend total of €1,000 in the current year) can take part in the competitions. You can gain access by following the instructions contained in the email or SMS communications and in your personal area in the Benefeet section of the Geox.com website.
How can I become a Geox Lover?
If you have purchased Geox products in three consecutive years, i.e. this year and the two previous years, and you have reached a spend total of at least €1,000 (step level 4) in the current year, you will automatically become a Geox Lover customer.
How can I get the FREE shoes after becoming a Geox Lover?
All Geox Lover customers receive a free pair of Geox shoes, which they can collect at a participating Geox Store (not including Outlets)
