Delivery methods and costs

Make your purchase by 15/12 to receive your order before Christmas.

At home

Standard Shipping: your goods will be delivered in 3/4 working days
Cost: free for orders over €90; for orders under this amount, the cost will be €9.90.

Express Shipping: your goods will be delivered in 1/2 working days
Cost: €19.90

Orders are shipped with UPS and delivered exclusively on weekdays during office hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. On other occasions, such as holidays, the processing times may be slightly longer.

Return costs and methods

During the holiday period, you have until 08/01/24 to return goods purchased between 28/11/23 and 22/12/23; you will then receive a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

Returns with UPS courier: the service is free

Returns with trusted courier: in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges

In-store returns: The service is available in selected Geox stores and is free of charge.

Click & Collect

The free Click&Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from participating Geox stores. Your goods will be delivered to the store in 3/4 working days.
