CLICK&COLLECT

Using the ‘Click&Collect’ service is easy and quick!

- Choose one or more products you desire, by selecting the size/colour combination, and add it to the trolley

- Simply select ‘Collect from a point of sale’ during the check-out phase and choose to which Geox store you would like your order to be shipped

- Select the payment method you prefer (cash on delivery is not available for these types of orders)

- After confirming the order and terminating the transaction, you will receive two e-mails: the first is the order confirmation, while the second will be sent as soon as your order is ready for being collected from the store. Please wait until you receive this second e-mail before going to the store

- You can collect your purchase within 15 days from the e-mail notifying the delivery at the store, during the store’s opening times, by showing:

    - a valid identification document

    - the PIN contained in the second e-mail you received (you can print it or show it on your mobile device)

- If you fail to collect the order within 15 days from its arrival at the store, the package will be sent back to our warehouse and we will refund the amount

- If you cannot personally collect the package, the person you delegate must bring the e-mail containing the PIN, a valid identification document and a written and signed proxy form.

CLICK AND RESERVE

The ‘Click and Reserve’ service is reserved for MyGeox subscribers. It allows you to book a product online free of charge and try it at the chosen store, without being compelled to purchase it.
If you still do not have a MyGeox account, click here. Follow these simple steps to book your item:

- After logging in, choose the desired product by selecting the size/colour combination and check the availability at the store by clicking ‘Click and Reserve’

- You cannot book more than one item: only after collecting it from the store can you proceed to book another item

- Once you have completed the request, you will receive an e-mail confirming whether or not the item is available at the chosen store. Please wait until you receive this e-mail before going to the store.

- The product will remain reserved for you for 4 days and you can visit the store during the opening times to try it and make the purchase, paying for it comfortably at the cash desk.

    To collect the item, you must bring:

    - a valid identification document

    - the PIN contained in the booking request acceptance e-mail you received (you can print it or show it on your mobile device)

Once 4 days have elapsed, we will no longer be able to guarantee availability.

IN-STORE RETURNS

To return purchases made online to the store, you can go to one of the selected Geox stores within 14 days from the date on which the order was delivered to you.
The item must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it, with all the tags still attached and inside its original packaging. Follow these simple steps to complete the return procedure:

- Create your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) in the orders section of your Personal Area, or click here if you are not registered

- Select the store to which you desire returning the product. At the end of the procedure, you will receive two e-mails: the first contains the confirmation that the goods return procedure was started, while the second contains the PIN to be taken to the store
Don’t forget that you have 14 days from the receipt of these e-mails to complete the return procedure at the store

- The sales staff will verify the conformity of the item you intend returning. If the check is positive, you will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.If you have purchased with the cash on delivery payment method, you will be asked to provide your IBAN on which to make the refund.

- In case of defective items, the returned item(s) will be sent to our company’s Quality Control Department to verify the conformity of the item(s) you wish to return.

At present, we cannot replace products at the store.
