Using the ‘Click&Collect’ service is easy and quick!
- Choose one or more products you desire, by selecting the size/colour combination, and add
it to the trolley
- Simply select ‘Collect from a point of sale’ during the check-out phase and choose to
which Geox store you would like your order to be shipped
- Select the payment method you prefer (cash on delivery is not available for these types of
- After confirming the order and terminating the transaction, you will receive two e-mails:
the first is the order confirmation, while the second will be sent as soon as your order is
ready for being collected from the store.
Please wait until you receive this second e-mail before going to the store
- You can collect your purchase within 15 days from the e-mail notifying the delivery
at the store, during the store’s opening times, by showing:
- a valid identification document
- the PIN contained in the second e-mail you received (you can print it or show it on
your mobile device)
- If you fail to collect the order within 15 days from its arrival at the store, the package
will be sent back to our warehouse and we will refund the amount
- If you cannot personally collect the package, the person you delegate must bring the
e-mail containing the PIN, a valid identification document and a written and signed
