What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will make another attempt to deliver on three different occasions as from the following business day. If the attempt to deliver fails, the order will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
Should your order be sent back to the warehouse, you will not be able to request redelivery. We will refund you according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
