How long does a refund for a returned item take?

The time required for a refund depends on the payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit card: the refund will be made to the same Credit Card used to make the purchase. The time it will take to receive the payment varies depending on the bank.
  • PayPal: the refund will be visible on your PayPal Account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund.
