Click & Collect

Purchase online and collect the goods free of charge from the store!

Purchase products on geox.com and pick them up free of charge from your nearest Geox store, after selecting it from one of the participating stores.

The Click & Collect service allows you to purchase on geox.com and pick up your order from one of the participating Geox stores. Your goods will be delivered to the store in 2/3 working days.

Select “Collect from store” during the check-out phase and make the payment online.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for being collected from the store.

How and when can I collect my order?
After completing the transaction, you will receive two e-mails the first one is the order confirmation, while the second one containing the PIN will be sent as soon as your order is ready for being collected from the store. Please wait until you receive this last e-mail before going to the store.

You can collect your order within 15 days from receiving the collection conformation e-mail, during the opening hours of the selected store, by showing a valid identity document and the PIN you received with the second e-mail.

What happens if I fail to collect the order?
If you fail to collect the order within 15 days from its arrival at the store, the package will be sent back to our warehouse and we will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen to make the purchase.

How can I pay?
The Click & Collect service does not accept cash on delivery neither online nor when collecting from the store. Consult our payment methods here.

How can I make a return if I purchased with the Click & Collect service?
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or have simply changed your mind, you can return it to the store or request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) under the “Orders” section in your personal area. Consult the returns and refunds section here.

What must I do if I fail to receive a conformation e-mail?
We suggest always checking your spam box. Should you not find any confirmation e-mail from Geox, contact our Customer Service. Contact the service here!
