How do you make a return?

RETURNS WITH UPS

You can activate the return procedure within 30 days of the order delivery date.

1. Submit a return request
Within the “Orders” section of your Personal Area or, if the purchase was made as an unregistered customer, in the “My orders - Submit a return” area, which is available in the lower section of the website. Select the items you wish to return and generate your Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
In the event of orders with items sent from several different warehouses, you will have to create a return for each different delivery.

2. Print the return documents
Wait for an email from the UPS courier to arrive. It contains:
  • the return label to be printed and attached to the outside of the package. Make sure you apply it properly so that it covers the original label.

  • 3. Prepare your package and send it off
    Wrap up the items for return (complete with tags and the original packaging), ensuring that the outer packaging is suitable for shipping purposes. Get in touch with the UPS courier and follow the instructions contained in the email to arrange for the package to be picked up from home. Alternatively, you could take the package in to a UPS Access Point (click here to find the drop-off point nearest to your home). In both cases, the service is free.

    You can also choose to return the goods with your trusted courier, but we cannot refund the return delivery charges in this case. The delivery address to be provided to the courier is: Geox SPA c/o Xlog srl, Signoressa di Trevignano, 31040, Treviso (TV), Italy.

    IN-STORE RETURNS

    You can choose to return your purchase free of charge at one of the selected Geox stores.

    1. Submit a return request
    Within the "Orders" section of your Personal Area, or, if the purchase was made as an unregistered customer, in the “My orders - Submit a return” area, which is available in the lower section of the website.

    2. Select the store
    Find out which Geox stores offer this service and choose the one you wish to return your order to.

    3. Make the in-store return
    You will receive a confirmation email containing the PIN to be shown at the store. You have 30 days to make your in-store return once you receive the two emails (receipt of return confirmation and PIN number).
