What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery:

• if there is a UPS Access Point in the vicinity, your order may be held for collection on their premises. In this case, you will receive a failed delivery notification specifying the address of the UPS Access Point and you can then go there and pick your order up.
  If you fail to pick your parcel up within 10 days, it will be automatically sent back to the warehouse.
• if there is no UPS Access Point in the vicinity of your home, the courier will make another three attempts to deliver as from the following business day. If the attempt to deliver fails, the order will be automatically returned to the warehouse.

In both cases, should your order be sent back to the warehouse, you will not be able to ask for redelivery again. We will refund you according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
