I have received a wrong and/or defective product, what can I do?

If one of the items you have received does not match your order, we kindly ask you to return it (specifying the reason) and we will refund you as soon as our warehouse receives it. If you wish to receive the ordered item and it is still available, simply reorder it on geox.com.
