What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, a new attempt at delivery will be made on the next working day, for a total of three attempts.
If the delivery cannot be made, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded according to the payment method used.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, you will be left a failed delivery notice containing the address of the UPS Access Point near you, where you can collect your order.
If you do not collect it, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
