I no longer have the box in which the ordered item arrived. What can I use for my return?

If this happens, you can use another suitable package for the shipment. Remember to remove all existing labels: the only label that must be visible on the package is the Geox return label. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it (unused and undamaged) with all the tags still attached and inside its original packaging.
