Would you like a certain item but can't find the right size or colour? Thanks to the new Geox@Home service, open to all, you can order it in your local Geox Store and get it delivered to that store or to your home free of charge.

What are the accepted payment methods for a Geox@Home purchase?
The service requires items to be paid for in store, therefore payment should take place at the till when the request is made. Payment cannot be made on collection and the delivery courier will not be authorised to ask for money.

How long does delivery take?

  • Home delivery: delivery to the specified address will take place within approximately 5 working days from the date on which the item was purchased. If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason, the courier will leave a card. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to arrange collection of the goods.

  • Collect in store: delivery to the selected store will take place within approximately 5 working days from the date of purchase; you will receive an email or sms containing a PIN when the order is ready to collect from the store. To collect it, show the purchase receipt or the PIN received via email/sms in store.

Service restrictions

  • Goods cannot be purchased in one country and delivered to another.

  • Payment on collection from the store or on delivery to the home is not permitted.

  • The service is only available in selected Geox stores.

How can I return a Geox@Home order?
If the item is faulty, you can take it to a single-brand Geox store so that the appropriate checks can be made and a return requested.

What can I do if I miss the delivery or if I receive the wrong item?
You may contact the store in which you purchased your goods or our Customer Care service.

What happens if I miss the delivery or collect the goods from the store?
If the goods are not collected from the store or from a UPS Access Point within 30 days of the notification, the sales contract will be understood as completed and the goods will be returned to the possession of Geox. You will have the right to a full refund of the price paid or you may purchase another item of equal value in store; alternatively you may - within 3 months of the date on which delivery was attempted - obtain a voucher for the amount paid, which you can use in any single-brand Geox store. The voucher will remain valid for 1 year. After this period, you will no longer be able to use the voucher.

How can I check the delivery status?
After placing an order using the Geox@Home service you will receive:
- order confirmation email
- order dispatch confirmation email
