Product care instructions

Follow our shoe care and storage advice to keep your Geox footwear in good condition for longer.

  • This footwear is not designed to be washed using water or other detergents. When cleaning it, first check whether the insole can be removed; if it can, take it out and clean it separately. Then:
  1. For footwear or parts of footwear in smooth leather, fabric or synthetic material, use a slightly damp soft white cloth.
  2. For footwear or parts of footwear in suede, gently use a brush with soft bristles. We recommend trying this method first on a small and inconspicuous area, in order to test the end result.
  3. For footwear made using different materials, we recommend contacting a professional to assess the specific products.
  • Do not clean the holes on the outsole using sharp objects; doing so may damage the membrane.
  • If the shoes become soaked with water, let them dry naturally away from direct sunlight and other direct sources of heat.
  • To keep your Geox shoes intact and in the best possible condition, store them in a dry and well-ventilated area.
  • Bear in mind that for specific requirements, you can use Geox products which are available in our Geox stores.

  • We do not accept returns of products that are damaged due to stains and/or the effects of improper care. We must remind you that returns due to a change of heart must be in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags still attached and inside the original box.
